The Montessori approach has various elements which are specific to this childhood program as the child is seen as a natural being with the potential of exploring various life experiences into one which is fit for the child. The Montessori approach does not regard the teacher’s presence as a leader but as a supervisor whose responsibility is to ensure that there are no obstacles in child’s the quest for learning.
